Welcome to MENU2GO. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application and related web services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

MENU2GO provides a digital discovery platform that connects customers with local restaurants. We showcase original menus, limited-time combos, and special pricing provided directly by our restaurant partners. MENU2GO does not sell food items directly unless explicitly stated; orders and transactions are conducted directly between you and the respective restaurant.

2. User Accounts & Security

You may browse restaurant menus and build local food lists without creating an account. If you choose to register an account to sync lists across devices, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

When using MENU2GO, you agree to adhere to common standards of fair use:

• Do not misuse, reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to compromise the security of our application, API, or infrastructure.
• Do not upload, transmit, or distribute fraudulent, offensive, or unlawful content.
• Do not interfere with the proper operation of the service or attempt unauthorized access to other user accounts.

4. Restaurant Menus, Dishes & Pricing

Menu items, dish descriptions, ingredients, allergens, and prices are provided directly by our partner restaurants. While we work diligently to ensure all menus are up to date, the restaurant’s actual in-store pricing and terms prevail in the event of any discrepancies.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The MENU2GO brand, logo, app design, visual interfaces, and custom software are the exclusive property of MENU2GO and its licensors. Restaurant trademarks, brand names, and menu photographs belong to their respective owners.

6. Disclaimers & Availability

The MENU2GO application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we aim for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all promotions will be indefinitely available in every area.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MENU2GO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our platform or food ordered from restaurants.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates are published signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
